Pet Services Agreement

The Company agrees to provide the Services to the Client as described on the Company's website. The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees listed on the website for the Services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.

Payment for Services is due at the time of booking. The Company accepts payment via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods listed on the website.

If the Client needs to cancel a booking, they must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will not be refunded.

The Company will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the Client's pet. However, the Client acknowledges that the nature of pet care involves certain inherent risks and releases the Company from all liability related to accidents or injuries that may occur during the provision of Services.

In the event of a pet emergency, the Company will make every effort to contact the Client. If the Client cannot be reached, the Company is authorized to seek medical attention for the pet from a licensed veterinarian. The Client agrees to reimburse the Company for all costs associated with such veterinary care.

The Client represents that their pet is in good health and has not been aggressive or threatening towards humans or other animals. If the pet becomes aggressive or threatening, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Services without refund.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of the Client's breach of this Agreement or the Services provided by the Company.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
